What should I wear?
Best Of All Dance specializes in teaching beginner couples.
We do have a casual environment at the studio; However, it is nice casual and not, B-B-Q casual.
During
the summer months, for example, even a "nice" short set would NOT be appropriate.
What about shoes?
These are beginner lessons for couples.
We would like
the ladies to have as much balance as possible.
Therefore, we do NOT recommend that ladies wear HEELS.
We do recommend
that both persons wear shoes that they can slide around in a bit.
Leather soled shoes usually work well as well as worn
sneakers (sneakers that have lost their "grip"/"treading").
Can I schedule a make-up session if I need to cancel my appointment?
If you
provide at least 48 hours cancellation notice, a make-up session MAY be able to be scheduled before expiration (based on availability).
However, as specified in your Groupon Enrollment, vouchers expire 2 weeks from your first appointment.
Do I have to attend with a partner?
Yes.

What will we learn on our lesson? What dances do you teach?
Best Of
All Dance teaches just about any/every partner dance.
We will start by discussing the types of music you enjoy and the
types of places you are likely to want to go "out dancing".
From there.... we will introduce you and your partner
to movement and basic lead/follow techniques.
Our goal is to try and decipher which types of movement come more naturally
to you than others.
Obviously, it is impossible to teach you and your partner how to dance in two short lessons.
And,
in order to feel comfortable in any dance environment, every couple should eventually know at least one slow dance, one fast
dance and one medium tempo dance.
Our goal is to introduce you to ONE of each and, to help you discover how much learning
to dance can be!
